Laura spent 12 years at Amazon and AWS, where she held P&L responsibility for multibillion-dollar business units, managed $100M+ budgets, and led global teams of 90+ professionals. She built and scaled the global marketing organization for Amazon's first ultrafast delivery business Prime Now, spearheaded marketing transformation across Amazon's omnichannel grocery business, and established enterprise-wide product lifecycle governance frameworks at AWS. She is an adjunct faculty member at NYU Stern, where she teaches in both the Marketing Department and Business and Society Program.
Today, as Founder of Court Street Advisors LLC, she provides strategic counsel to companies and nonprofit organizations on digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, and business growth and scaling mechanisms.
